The areas we know needs work:
Top bunk is showing signs of damp as per pic i will try to reseal the rails hopefully this will cure this.
Hot water system sprung a leak this Easter weekend so for now its been bypassed so cold only think it is just a washer on the cylinder to be replaced.
Odd spots of rust starting to show due to age
